Data Collection
We’ve introduced a data sheet as shown for several reasons. It’s very easy to fill in and can be completed online and emailed or you can email the info directly however you wish to collect it.

In doing this it will enable us to show how many treatments we carry out, the demographics of the population we treat and how we can be seen as a useful intervention in referring, treating or preventing serious life threatening limb conditions.
The data is all anonymised so no individuals can be identified. This important collection of information may help us to secure funding in the future, helps us to organise our service and what supplies we need and last but not least is a very valuable way of validating our service using statistical evidence.
