Data Collection

We are collecting data from our volunteer services after each Forgotten Feet session. We would really appreciate if you could take a few moments to complete the simple questionnaire about the service users and treatments you have provided. This is anonymous and people cannot be identified from our data alone.

The accumulated data will be a tremendous help, hopefully to attract future funding, by adding quantitative and qualitative data to back up the service we provide. In addition it will also help us plan and organise stock needed to support our service.
